Week 51, 2010 training summary

I was well past due for some vacation time, and learning to ski/snowshoe/cross country ski was a great way to do it. There is nothing better than being out in nature and enjoying physical activity.  First let me say that even though I was not running zillions of miles, I was still staying very active.  If you count the miles skiing, snowshoeing, and cross country skiiing I still put in around 22 miles and then finished the week with a real 23 mile run.  However, I will only count the 23 mile run as “real” training.
