Week 10, 2011 training summary

Was touring Costa Rica, so did a little running prior to leaving.  Did hike up and down volcanoes for 10 VERY STEEP MILES which made the Smoky Mountains seem like a walk in the park.  In addition to hiking I also did ziplining, night hiking, hiking on hanging bridges, swimming in geothermal hot tubs, and canyoning (rappelling down 40+ foot waterfalls)
