Week 17, 2011 training summary

The hips just were not going to heal up if I kept running like I did last week, so this week I took a little break.  I still managed to get some miles in at a very slow pace though.  I am realizing that most of my recent troubles are due to a very weak core, so I will be looking for a way to fix that.

    I have to agree- after my hip injury it was imperative that I keep my core strong. I haven’t had further problems and I attribute much of it to that.
