Week 05, 2010 totals

Wow, this past week seemed like such a waste with no running.  I guess that is the price I pay for marathon recovery.  Week 6 will also be very light because of the 50 mile ultra on the 13th.

    I always think recovery week plus 3ish weeks of taper are the absolute worst about marathoning. Mandatory but ugh, no fun! Can’t wait to hear how your 50-miler goes…then it’s time to train and train strong for S.F.!!!! 🙂
