I went to the Grand Canyon for vacation, so cut the miles a little short this week although I did do a very challenging 12 mile hike into the canyon and back up again.  Next week will probably also be a bit short, then will get back into full swing in Week 17.

It sounds like you have a great plan for the next few weeks. It is hard working around vacations but you did good:) The hike was probably more of a workout than you think! Take care!
