Week 28, 2010 training totals

Another week has come and gone, and I managed to get another strong week of miles out while still feeling great.  My fitness level is steadily increasing, though my pace is still a bit slower than the cooler times of year.  However, as I compare my times versus last year I found I am a full minute per mile faster than last year on the same runs.  I’LL TAKE IT ! ! !

Today I closed out the week with a nice and relaxing 10 miler where I run/walked in 88 degree temps under the blazing Florida sunshine at 66% humidity.  Phew!  I almost didn’t run today, but changed my mind after seeing fellow bloggers posting some pretty inspirational stuff.  After all, I did just complete a 150 miles in 30 days challenge 4 days early and also had a very strong judo workout yesterday as well.  But after reading blog posts from others talking about running 30 miles in a single day…there was no way I could sit around and do nothing…RIGHT?
