Week 46, 2010 training summary

Had a very nice week and one more to go for the Space Coast Marathon. I felt pretty good this week, but my body seems to be a little confused over what it is supposed to do. I suppose it is to be expected when dropping weekly mileage down to about half.

It is still hard to believe that I cut this weeks miles down to half, and I am still in the higher 30’s.  Phew!

Next week will be much lower though as I will only get in around 9 or 10 miles prior to the Marathon on Sunday.  I am still convinced that I can pull off a 3:30 race, but there is still an inner voice telling me that I can’t.  So far I am winning the battle. 🙂

Maybe I need to get back to writing down my numbers – maybe it’d make me actually DO something other than whine??!! Haha. Can’t believe it’s almost race time – so ooo ooooo excited for you!! 🙂
