Week 31 to 35, 2010 training and update

Time sure does fly when you are so busy not to notice it.  I have been WAY above my head in work these past 5 weeks I figured it was time to get caught up.  I have not been in the loop with the running community for long enough that there is a bunch of catching up to do to get you all up to date.

First, as you all know I changed jobs 4 months ago.  It was a very demanding job and really drained me physically and mentally.  In my life I have 4 main loves; my family, my running, my judo, and my programming.  To make a long story very short, the job over the past 4 months took away my family time, my running time, my judo time, and even kept me from programming while I managed a team of developers.  IT WAS TERRIBLE!!!

Second, you may remember that I had hoped to run the Lake Tahoe marathon.  Those hopes disappeared when I only ran a whopping total of 40.1 miles for the entire month of August.  YUCK!!!

Third, many of you also know that my family and I moved last month.  We wanted our son to get into a better school than the one in our area, so the only choices we were left with was private school or move.  We chose to move rather than pay out the HUGE tuitions of South Florida private schools.
