Week 39, 2010 training summary

This week felt much better as my mileage climbs above 40, and will not dip below that again for 20 weeks. I felt great this week, but did overdo it on the weekend with 24 miles, judo, and a canoe trip.  I really need to be careful, because Monday I was totally wiped out.  It is a good thing that Mondays are days of rest. 🙂
